IMO law enforcement should already be arresting Americans openly doing piracy & murder, until they do that, i DGAF about a decades-old crime done in Cuba by Cubans
(if it even was a crime? not clear, weren't these US citizens invading Cuba? in a plane? so wouldn't they be terrorists? isn't it OK to shoot down terrorists? wouldn't the US do that if some random Cubans flew a plane into DC?)
