Prima la questione è arrivata in Parlamento, dove è ancora attesa una risposta del governo. Ora è il turno della Regione Lazio e, intanto, a mobilitarsi sono anche i sindacati. Parliamo della denuncia dei lavoratori sul “clima organizzativo e le condizioni di lavoro all’interno del Fondo interprofessionale For.Te”. L’interrogazione era stata presentata dal deputato M5s, Riccardo Tucci, facendo riferimento a comportamenti “della direzione ritenuti vessatori” nei confronti dei lavoratori e a un tasso alto di “dimissioni volontarie”.
A oltre un mese di distanza dalla presentazione dell’interrogazione alla ministra del Lavoro, Marina Calderone, non è ancora arrivata una risposta, come sottolinea lo stesso Tucci. Il deputato sottolinea che “continuano a pervenire segnalazioni” da parte dei lavoratori su un contesto “caratterizzato da tensioni organizzative” e chiede alla ministra una risposta rapida: “Laddove ciò non dovesse accadere, a breve depositerò una interpellanza urgente”, annuncia Tucci.

A quanto si apprende, intanto, anche i sindacati si sono mossi rivolgendosi alla direzione del Fondo con lettere e diffide. E la questione è approdata in Regione Lazio con l’interrogazione presentata dal capogruppo M5s, Adriano Zuccalà, che sottolinea le denunce dei lavoratori sulle “dimissioni volontarie di massa negli ultimi tre anni”. I 5 Stelle hanno presentato un’interrogazione un mese fa ma ora chiede di “approfondire e accertare ciò che sta accadendo”. Zuccalà si dice pronto a valutare “una segnalazione all’ispettorato del lavoro” e una “richiesta di audizione in commissione Lavoro”, chiedendo al presidente Rocca di prendere in carico questa situazione.
