@soundclamp I saw a didgeridoo on stage last year - Levellers.
(One of my neighbours also plays didgeridoo, although not to the same standard, unless he's improved a lot in the last few years.)
@SimonLandmine @soundclamp the didgeridoo seems like such a quintessentially 90s instrument to me. I blame Aphex Twin
@corin_ja @soundclamp I blame the Levs. 🙂
@soundclamp @corin_ja Whereas I don't own any Aphex Twin albums, but I've got several Levellers albums.
@soundclamp @spiny Yeah, can't say I'm entirely surprised by that! Not sure their style of crusty folk would travel too well.
@vinomadic @soundclamp @spiny Not really. I'll chuck some links your way in a bit.

So, here's the Levellers' YouTube channel ...
https://www.youtube.com/user/Levellers
Possibly their breakthrough hit was "One Way" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0S8RNkL5Wg (damn, they look young there!)
Other good early stuff included "Riverflow" - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e1-oI3ECI1Q
Later material went slightly more dance-influenced. They were one of the major early-mid-90s 'crusty' bands of student and green protest.

@spiny @soundclamp @vinomadic Yeah, that's a fine cover, I'll admit!
Here's one of my favourite of their tracks ...

@iamwahl @soundclamp @spiny Yeah, that would make sense. 🙂
@soundclamp Saw them last summer, and seeing them again this winter. (In the former case, mostly because PWEI were supporting, and in the latter because Neds are supporting.)
