Took some pictures on my camera last November and have finally imported them so I can share them! This is one of my favourite places to go in the autumn as there is so much beauty everywhere you look.

I’ve not been out much of the winter as haven’t been feeling so well but I’m really hopeful that the next few months will be easier and I can resume my adventures with my camera.

@TheTiredHiker Just lovely. I'm liking that mushroom 😃
@Spaceways lol I was hoping you would tell me what it was! I’m not at all familiar with names of stuff as I can never remember them when I need to. I was quite pleased with the photo though, even if I did have to be helped up off the floor after I’d taken it 😆
@TheTiredHiker I think magpie inkcap (I had to ask Mrs Spaceways, they are better at names for stuff then me). Hope you get about more with your camera now the warmer months are here. 😃

@Spaceways see you are both a font of knowledge. I knew you would be able to tell me 😀

I plan to go out this afternoon. Not too far as I walked at the weekend and have been in a whole world of pain since. I’m now on the thought of a short walk today will either kill me or cure me. I’m up for either option tbh.

@TheTiredHiker Hope you got out somewhere nice 😃
@Spaceways oh I did! We went to the tree cathedral. A short 3km walk. Just enough to stretch my legs but not upset my muscles.
Weirdly I have this thing where my muscles get themselves into a rigid state for no apparent reason. Exercise really aggravates them so a walk is either really good for me or really bad for me with no idea which way it might go. So sometimes I go out for a walk and then can barely walk for days afterwards.
It’s been really bad this week, but is getting better now.

@TheTiredHiker That sounds proper rotten luck with your muscles. Must be hard to not know whether it's going to be a good or bad day with them. Glad to hear they are getting a bit better after a bad week.

Tree cathedral - that sounds in-tree-guing! Any photos?

@Spaceways haha I see what you did there. Very good! Yes but they are still on my camera. I’ll sort them tomorrow as a bit knackered now.

Yeah I hate my legs, they drive me crazy. I never know how they are going to be from one day to the next. When they are bad it is so painful. It makes planning a trip out really difficult so just have to see what each day brings. But at least I still have legs so I’m luckier than some, so I just get on with it really.
