My knee has been pretty good the last few days, so I'd like to give it a couple of km walking test today.
Did just over 2km and the first 500m felt worse than the last 500m. A little icing now, and see how it feels for another try tomorrow.

@Nezchan yeah, you're right. The strange part this year seems to be the lack of variety. Just long stretches without the spikes up to 20 or 25C here and there.
But the winter was like that too – the lack of a Jan or Feb thaw was unusual.
The fact that there wasn't a serious thaw in the middle of Winterlude was, weird, man!
