What makes this most tragic is that both #Jews and #Palestinians are Semitic peoples, claiming descent from Abraham, worshipping the same God in much the same way, revering almost all of the same prophets, abiding by much the same traditional systems of law.

If anyone is #Antisemitic it is #Netanyahu who is antisemitic, because he commits #Genocide against his own brothers and sisters.

#Hegseth claims to be a #Christian, yet pursues a '#Crusade' which his underlings claim is aimed to lead to #Armageddon. #Netanyahu claims to be a #Jew, yet pursues a #Holocaust against a closely related nation.

Should we see Netanyahu's claim to Judaism to be as false, blasphemous and insincere as Hegseth's claim to Christianity?

Pete Hegseth's Christian rhetoric reignites scrutiny after the U.S. goes to war with Iran

Hegseth has pushed policy changes that reflect his Christian views, including a revamp of the military chaplain corps.

Unlike Christianity, being Jewish is not a matter of belief. Netanyahu is a Jew, as am I. End of.

Criticise him as much as you like, but please don't comment on how communities other than your own should define themselves.

Oh, and by the way, there are semitic languages, including Hebrew and Arabic. But the idea of semitic peoples was invented by racists, and has no place in serious modern discourse.
