So far I've reintroduced onion, garlic and lactose. The onion went 100% well, thank god, otherwise you can't eat anything anywhere. The garlic and the lactose felt 75% okay.

Important to understand: stress is a big factor too, and my recovery isn't fully over yet. The foods that I'm reintroducing are generally good for your gut health, except of course if you're intolerant. When the restrictive part of the diet is over, I can fully add the first batch of "perfect" reintroductions, and at this point I will recover even more. Then I'm supposed to retry the reintroductions that didn't go 100%.

So maybe I am sensitive to garlic and lactose, or maybe next time it will work better.
