Megan Lynch (she/her)@ascentale @bikenite A8. Bilbao is a hilly city, so I don't see as much utilitarian cycling around despite the pretty decent infrastructure for it. There are two mobilityshare services. The woman in the photo is riding one owned by Lyft (Bilbaobizi).
So I see a mix of deliveristas, MAMILs (loving the hills), and folks riding rental e-bikes.
