No, but my son (first responder/emergency services) has gone on way too many bicycle related medical injuries (all mountain bike accidents, some fairly catastrophic... most people going too fast or falling down badly, with lots of injuries). I don't go mountain biking (though road biking of course brings its own hazards, especially in a Peleton or high speed or of course with cars).
