Q6. Have you personally had a related issue with an e-bike battery, or do you know anyone who has?

My ebike had a battery cell fail and it wouldn't hold a charge very well. It was just out of warranty, but I was able to buy a replacement for a couple hundred bucks and it's been rolling along steadily since then.
