Detailening has begun. These colors are all more or less accurate to the box art, green seems to be mostly for pulse lasers, missiles are red, cockpits are orange, and the big lasers are also red, and PPCs are probably always gonna be blue.

Saying that I know I got my colour preferences set, and am officially offended by the novels using evilly inconsistent colours for S/M/L laser beams, pulsed or pulseless 😝

I think canonically at this point, the laser colors have nothing to do with damage, they're artificially created tracer beams, so they can be whatever color they want. The damage is done by a laser that is functionally invisible.

@NinjaDebugger earlier on they also had no pew-pew-pew lazer beams but that got dropped soon enough, I think. I just went with a gut feeling to get variety, as I couldn't decide if a shorter or longer wavelength would be more damaging.

Perhaps I chose blue for LL because PPC is also blue. Should've gone for that pink just for shits and giggles, now that I thought of it 😄
