I could be wrong, but it feels to me like further revelations are coming and she's trying to preempt them with these denials.

Jack Yan (甄爵恩)@blogdiva There weren’t—no one took Epstein’s claims seriously and they only began surfacing around 2016 (prompted by him). As you said, she was too old for him. I know Paolo Zampolli and from what I remember, the “official” story is what we all knew in the fashion trade back then.
