Al-Manar TV reporter Suzanne Khalil and Radio Sawt al-Farahโ€™s Ghada Al-Dayekh were killed by Israeli strikes in #Lebanon, on the same day that Israel killed Palestinian #reporter Muhammad Wishahd in Gaza.

Citing the Gaza Government Media Office, Al Jazeera reported that at least 262 journalists have been killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 2023. The deaths of the two Lebanese journalists yesterday takes the tally of journalists killed in Lebanon up to 16, as documented by the UN.

According to the International Consortium of Journalists, Israel was responsible for two thirds of press members killed in 2025, driving numbers to an all-time high of 129.
