btw if you use #Anubis prior to v1.25.0, this changeset takes an appreciable bite out of the CPU load when the tool is idling, so upgrading is well worth it if you're sensitive to CPU load

(I was seeing 1% of system when idle due to the aggressive worker lifecycle timers that were backed off, and now I don't see anubis at all in my heavy-hitters in `htop` unless I get web traffic)

it's coming from here, it appears to be a check for "Non-English" with the very specific definition that it's non-English that still uses latin script and might be confusable?
