The Taliban announced four new administrative reshuffles, including the appointment of Mawlawi Musa Kaleem Abu Nasr, former head of the Fourth Police District in Kandahar, as the police chief of Takhar Province. Meanwhile, the former police chief of Takhar, Mullah Abdul Ali (also known as Mullah Agha), has been appointed as the head of the Fourth Police District in Kandahar City.
