I find all the discussion in #USpol about Trump committing #warCrimes utterly hypocritical.

Who will be the judge of that?

• The #ICC. Huh? The US, along with India, China and Indonesia are not members of the International Criminal Court and have defied its decisions.

• The #USCongress. Have you just fallen out of a coconut tree? Are they going to decide that a #POTUS gave orders to commit war crimes? Are those who joyfully welcomed wanted war criminal #Netanyahu into their institutions

1/

and cheerfully applauded him and were photographed with him, suddenly going to impeach their president for similar crimes?

• The #USarmy. Seriously? IIRC the last time US armed forces rebelled was 165 years ago and those were the bad guys. Americans never had a Carnation Revolution, like the Portuguese.

But let's dream a little and say that a miracle happens and Democrats are in charge and wake up one morning feeling guilty for being complicit for too long, and convict Trump & Co. for

committing #warCrimes.

Are the Democrats then going to propose that the US taxpayer pays reparations to #Iran for #US war crimes? Or, are they going to confiscate Trump's assets, and of those who ought to have denied following unlawful orders, per their oath, and pay the Iranians for the destruction and their loss of life?

Hahaha! Welcome back to the real world. Of course not. Period.

Now, be a good boy and girl, and go vote for them in the midterms. You know who they are.

@65dBnoise

As opposed to sitting out the election like a F'ing idiot? What I don't understand about all you radical pussies is you don't want to vote, but you don't revolt either. You're like Malcolm X without the balls.

@HakeemG
Haha! Radical pussies!… I agree 100% my hero warrior. Apparently in your excitement you missed the "You know who they are". Or, did you?

@65dBnoise

I mean what are you doing to stop fascism? I know I'm not about that thug life, so I vote. What's your deal, please share.

@HakeemG
Simple. Vote for those who'll serve YOU

Somehow you think that anyone criticizing establishment Democrats is against voting and radical. Nope. But there are reasons to be critical.

Can you tell the difference between Republicans and establishment Democrats who were in government over the last decades?

Or, why no establ. Dem talks about FDR's achievements? He wasn't a radical, was he? He brought back the country from the Great Recession and won a world war. Why isn't FDR their hero?

@65dBnoise @HakeemG What’s your actual proposed solution here? I hear the complaints, but I’m not seeing any actual plan or suggestions. Is there a party or candidate you’re advocating for?

We can all see the problems - let’s hear some solutions for a change

@dogzilla @HakeemG
My post is about the hypocritical discussions about Trump's war crimes. It seems difficult to have a discussion about that.

For proposals and solutions please ask those who are paid to do that job. I'm not a politician, nor am I an aspiring candidate. But I have an advice, since you asked me.

Fear not, submit not to the usual "Dem establishment or Trump" extortion that perpetuates the problems. Don't fall into that trap. You'll know who's best for you to vote for.

@65dBnoise @HakeemG To my mind, pointing at problems without offering solutions is pointless. Not interested - I’ll save my time for people with the capability to offer real-world, actionable solutions.
@dogzilla @HakeemG
Sure, good to hear that you'll be looking for real solutions from people asking for your vote, now that you know about the problems. That was exactly my pointy point. Glad if I helped, positively or negatively :-)
