It's the nymph of Issus coleoptratrus, which while sounding like a Hogwarts spell, is actually just a planthopper (Echte Käferzikade in German).
I'm kind of fascinated by them in truth, although seemingly incapable of getting a decent macro stack. They're very small but very chunky, so getting a good depth of field & decent resolution simultaneously is hard.
