Ms. Que BanhI'm going for a short walk to quell anger from reading a news story about BC government reducing support for disabled people who need family caregivers & it affects several parents & caregiver guardians I know in more rural areas 😡 This inhumane government really hates #PeopleWithDisabilities & their #caregivers. I need to walk off some rage energy.
dasgrueneblatt@dasgrueneblatt Did a 20 minutes stomp-walk, kicked a soccer ball against side of a church building for 10 minutes & feel a bit better. Still angry at the government for being scumbags but not super ragey.
I'm now going to work on sowing more seeds into many pots. 👩🌾 Warm, sunny outdoors seeds sowing station & a cup of chai tea 🙂
@PhoenixSerenity I'm glad you're feeling a bit better. I like reading your posts because in the middle of the bad things there's always so much hope and life and joy. Motivates me to do more in my corner of the planet. 💚

@dasgrueneblatt I'm a total pothead & keep collecting more pots. I use a lot of them for container gardening!
