I'm puzzled.

Nobody can guarantee the USA or Israel won't attack again, even if they promise not to.

The only sustainable outcome is to exact such pain and cost in the West that is doesn't try this again out of self interest. And for Iran to gain the nuclear deterrent.

Iran can ask that USA bases in the region are removed. But asking doesn't work. What works is overthrowing the puppet Arab regimes.
