A heartbreaking night here in Gaza… 🌧️
Because of the heavy rain that poured all night, the tent was flooded, and we had nothing to protect us from the freezing cold.
My young grandchildren are trembling from the cold, their tiny bodies unable to endure these harsh conditions… and it breaks my heart to see them like this.
We desperately need your help. Any support, any helping hand, could make a difference and help us endure these extremely difficult circumstances.

A Lifeline for My Family of 14 in Gaza – Urgent Evacuation & Safety Needed
Dear Compassionate Supporters,
I am Ramadan, a 75-year-old from Gaza. Since October 7th, the war has destroyed our home, our family business, and our sense of safety. My family of 14 people―including elders, children, and an infant―now lives in a small tent in Al-Mawasi, enduring freezing cold, hunger, and constant fear of bombings.
The most devastating blow was the loss of my beloved daughter, Ne’mat Allah, who passed away during this war due to lack of medical treatment. Before the war, our family owned one of Palestine’s largest companies, but it was completely destroyed, just like our home.
Now we have nothing―no income, no shelter, and no means to survive.
We urgently need 50,000 euro to cover:
Evacuation costs to cross the Rafah border into Egypt safely for all 14 of us
Safe housing for six months to protect my family from harsh conditions
Food, baby milk, diapers, and hygiene supplies for everyday survival
Urgent medical care for my elderly father and other ill family members
Transportation and logistics to help us relocate and settle safely

My name is Nadeen Maher Sehwail, a 20-year-old Palestinian living in Gaza. I've dreamt of becoming an excellent dentist since my childhood, and with hard work, I achieved a remarkable 98.1% in Tawjihi. Currently, I am a third-year Dental Student at Al Azhar University.
Gaza, my beloved city, has been through unimaginable challenges in the last five months due to the ongoing war. I've lost everything I hold dear – my university, my home in Gaza, and the sense of safety. Forced to relocate to different places, I find myself in Rafah without my clothes, dental instruments, and books. The fear of losing a family member haunts me daily.
My family, consisting of six members, is facing its own struggles. My father, Maher Sehwail, is a patient without work. My mother, Zeenat, supports us in every possible way. My elder brother, Essam, is studying manager administration. Feras, a dental technician, lost his laboratory in the war on Gaza. Lastly, my sister Shahed and I, both dental students, are determined to continue pursuing our dream despite the adversities.
I am reaching out to seek your support in rebuilding our lives away from the horrors of war. Your contribution will not only help us find a secure place but also enable my sister and me to continue our journey to become dentists.
