We are twin girls from Gaza 💔
We no longer know what safety feels like… we live in a small tent that cannot protect us from the freezing nights or the burning days. We shiver with every gust of wind, sharing a thin blanket that isn’t enough even for our dreams
We fall asleep to the sound of the wind and wake up to fear and hunger. We try to be strong, but in truth, we are just two little girls longing for the warmth of an embrace, a full meal, and a roof over our heads.
Israeli air strikes have destroyed two bridges over the Litani River linking southern Lebanon with the rest of the country, the military says.
It comes hours after the Israeli military said it would target crossings it alleged were being used by the Hezbollah armed group to move fighters and weapons.
Elsewhere, Israeli strikes hit multiple locations in Beirut, killing at least 12 people and wounding 27, Lebanese authorities said.
