@coreyspowell It is also, of course, the fifth largest moon in the solar system, with all larger moons orbiting gas giants. That's pretty awesome as well.
@coreyspowell that Pluto is smaller than our moon can usually shut down the "photo should be a planet" arguments. It really is quite small.
@ottaross @coreyspowell We should toss Mercury, as well - it's smaller than Ganymede *and* TItan, almost as small as Callisto... 😉

@coreyspowell On the one hand, I don't find the size of the Moon in any way whatsoever makes it more interesting than smaller bodies.

On the other hand, I am not everyone, and if others find the size of the Moon makes it more interesting, sure why not?
