Hardware store that might have replacement connector closed, plus parts guy not open on Sunday...especially on Easter Sunday. So, bypassed the connection with two wire nuts and some screw connectors. Water heater once again functioning. Improvise, adapt, overcome... #appliancerepair #repair

@SecureOwl It's worked pretty well so far, saved a ton on energy bills (heat pump water heater). The water heater was free (100% free), snagged a rebate from the electric company. So... we'll see how long it goes! (installed in 2020, so we're now 6 years, 10 year stated life on these).
