Nowadays, this is the only way to sell US made stuff overseas especially to Europe.
Yep. Or rather not: The Most successful US products are forced down the throat. (Or rather: We are the product.)
@VeroniqueB99 I have this backpack with this exact label and have used it... Forever. Amazingly well made.
The manufacturer is Tom Bihn.
No idea if their current bags have tags like this. My backpack dates from the GW Bush era, and he is the president they are referring to.
I still have mine too, absolutely indestructible.
I bought it back in 2001 or 2002 so it definitely referred to GW. The label is on the laptop sleeve in mine.
Got at least 500k km travel out of it.

we do seem to elect losers
poor education + zero accountablilty for lying media = stupid electorate & stupid leaders. garbage in garbage out.
How about adding qualifications for both President AND voters. Minimum IQish Non Sciopath Earth is round Elvis is dead Moon landing real Vac GOOD disease BAD people with degrees actually know stuff not your Gut or your imaginary friend. congrats you may run and or vote.
The rest of you go watch cartoons in the idiot room.
I think it would still be very polite to say of Trump: Être con comme un balai!

Une étiquette de vêtements faits aux USA vendus en France , avec le texte suivant en français :
"LAVER A LA MAIN A L'EAUTIEDE
SAVON DOUX
ETENDRE POUR SECHER
NE PAS SECHER A LA MACHINE
NE PAS JAVELLISER
NE PAS REPASSER
NOUS SOMMES DESOLES QUE NOTRE PRESIDENT SOIT UN IDIOT NOUS N'AVONS PAS VOTE POUR LUI"
Tom Bihn is the maker, though since he retired and sold the company I don't think they still use this tag. At least my two Bihns don't have it.
I think that is from the "W" Bush era. W and even Dick Cheney are looking better and better all the time! The Orange Man is clearly unstable.
