otoh, my... someone who i thought loved me... reacted initially with surprise, then shock, then disgust, then anger, then... complete rejection. along that path were statements that i made her feel sick, & that i might be a paedophile & she'd report me to the cops if i'd done something to our kids 😲 🤯

i love it that there really are happy loving stories out there. they're just hard for me to endure, which i 'spose is selfishness & meanness by me, albeit unintended
