dungeons AND dragons? in this economy?
@yaelwrites the dragon is coming from inside the dungeon
@yaelwrites I just bought a new D&D book and I feel this.

@pseudonymsupreme
See, my Hasbro boycott helps, there. All my D&D books were published by TSR ;)

Do you know THAC0?
@yaelwrites

@yaelwrites from what *I* hear... they're trying to roll out Tunnels AND Trolls as well.

The. Nerve.

@yaelwrites Maybe we just do Dunge and Drag or just Eons and Ons in * this* economy.

The dice alone will set you back a pretty penny any more. What am I even saying? They don't even make pennies now. ***sigh**

@Thoreau in Afrikaans & Dutch, "ons" is "we" or "us".

So, "Us and Eons" I could get behind. Like, "Our stories across the ages".

...except I just realized that basically can be extended to "these are the Days of Our Lives"!

@yaelwrites Not mine, but as per image now seems a perfect time for some D&D
@yaelwrites I have a better chance of rolling a nat 20 on my first roll of the game.
@yaelwrites a 2% wealth tax on the dragons could pay for school lunches AND renovating the public spaces in the dungeons

@lufthans @yaelwrites I will let you explain that to the dragons, they may not take to kindly to it.

Might be a better idea to tax owners of dungeons, or at least owners of second dungeons.

@plwt @yaelwrites tax them both and pay for pre-k daycare!
@lufthans @plwt I think I'd be a little nervous about taxing dragons, but a property tax on dungeons seems reasonable.
@yaelwrites @plwt just like other billionaires they need to pay their fair share

@yaelwrites

Ah, that's what's the #OSR is about.
Cost Cutting.

@alexshendi @yaelwrites Heh! If cost cutting were the point of the #OSR , Hasbro would be leading the way by dumping 5.5e and reprinting the cheap booklets of original 1974 D&D.

@GoldenGrognard @yaelwrites

Don't tell me Hasbro is not already manufacturing cheap woodgrain boxes in China or Alligator Alcatraz and auctioning them off at a premium price on ebay.
