I used to be a translator (a long time ago). I'm no longer in that line of work, but friends still ask me for recommendations when they need a translator.

I know we have a lot of translators on Fedi and I would like to connect with you!

@ShaulaEvans Hi. I'm a translator living in France. I'm trilingual and work between English, French and Dutch and from German, Italian and Spanish into either of these languages. Being 70 and wanting to take it somewhat easier, I accept less work than I used to but I'm game for anything that sparks my interest. Marketing and popular scientific material are my particular fortes. By the way, I'm also a food writer. 😀
