I’ve been using SailfishOS on a Sony Xperia 10 III for about three weeks now. So far, I’m very satisfied with the usability, functionality, and Android AppSupport.

If Bluetooth and NFC (for payments in specific banking apps) could work reliably in Android apps, I’d say Sailfish can be used as a daily driver without major compromises.

With solid Bluetooth integration in Android AppSupport, I could even see myself switching completely and buying a Jolla phone.
Great work, #jolla & #sailfishos

@Loomy879 I am the same (and I just fininshed my payment for the Jolla Phone batch 2 🙂), but beside Bluetooth and NFC for the Android APP support, supporting the fingerprint sensor is also still a missing feature I am missing for Android APPs on Sailfish OS
@hwe70 Yes that's also a point but for me not that important as Bluetooth and as there is mostly an easy 'workaround' with the PIN.
@Loomy879 What about scanning QR codes? I read somewhere that #sailfishos doesn't let the camera focus in Android apps. As a result, banking apps or #itsme (Belgium's official e-identity app) are broken.
@TimothyRoes @Loomy879 ive had no issues scanning QR codes on android apps and camera seems to work in most android apps. though i cant speak for all apps!
@doubleubee @TimothyRoes Same for me - worked well e.g. in VR SecureGo
