Things are scary in the world right now, mostly because of just one pedophile, but it's hard to relax at night, when your brain is full.
So, I took my pill. Slept 5 hours.
Still groggy for 3 more hours.. but whatever.. more coffee?

@Rasta Good Morning, Fellow Insomniac! I've been up since about 5; went down a bit before midnight. #today I awoke to fragments of the piece, I'm singing, in a chorus with @Tenor2JT and other lovely folk!

Well, good morning to you too, singing already? Are the neighbours listening? I'm not my best, until evening, after a few beer in the club, at Karaoke LOL
I'm treated for mine. But the doctor isn't winning, he has a philosophy that differs with my condition. He thinks 1 pill=4 hours.. try 2 pills. I still only get 4 hours but it takes 4 more to be able to function,.
I had a lifetime pattern of shiftworker which contributes
But I like early mornings anyway

@Rasta Well, I wasn't singing aloud. 6 AM is either late-night or early-morning; this AM, it's the latter. I'm blind, something else that can mess up one's sleep-wake cycle.

@wx1g Oh yes indeed, I have a lot of blind friends because we're all up in the middle of the night LOL

@Rasta good morning .. just finished breakfast and thinking mor coffee or not ... had 15 hrs sleep like not in a very long time ...when sick will sleep for 24 or more sometimes ...

@Rasta good morning. Yes scary for all except some judges dont want to mention their names ...its not going to be a happy easter i find. doc day here. Running.

We're celebrating our 49th today but it's like most other days, I shouted Happy Anniversary on the way past with my coffee

WE were just talking about you. My insomniac blind friends. I've been out of sync so much. But, I've got happy pills now, that make it easier to get to sleep

@Rasta I need those two. Lol this always happens whenever we fall back or spring ahead. Sometimes, it only lasts a few days. Sometimes, it's a few weeks. Occasionally, it could be more like a month. Hopefully, it will resolve itself really soon.

I hope so. My head doctor keeps trying new things, these pills aren't too bad, they last about 8 hours but I wake after 4 and sit in a fog for 4 more. But I get to sleep, and relax a little bit when I wake.

@Rasta Four hours is better than nothing. :-) How are you otherwise? You survived this crazy winter obviously.

@blancnoir165 Oh, why not? Most people in NS wouldn't find it on the map.
It's our anniversary but we still did cleaning today and ready to end it now.
