@ariarhythmic @malwarejake I'm pretty sure they've been at that point the whole time tbh... there was never a valid time to join ICE but in the last year or so the job requirements have pretty much just been "cruelty"

@psh @malwarejake this is a tool in our arsenal, but like most of them at this point we'd be betting on it working. The law isn't going to save multi generational citizens any more than it's been saving birthright citizens, or documented residents, or undocumented residents who are still legally entitled to due process. I don't want to discourage anyone from trying--I'd say pretty much anything is worth a try--we just need to be prepared for the possibility that this doesn't work.
