The #US #military has given #Trump a plan to seize nearly 1,000 pounds of highly enriched #uranium in #Iran that would involve flying in excavation equipment & building a runway for cargo planes to take the radioactive material out, acc/to two people familiar with the matter.

The complex plan was briefed to Trump in the past week after he asked for a proposal, they said, as were its significant operational risks.

@Nonilex What a great idea, to put tons of highly enriched uranium on a slow plane that the enemy will want to shoot at with everything they've got, once you're away from their land.
