In yet another example of “Imagine if Obama had done this” Trump is going to attend today’s oral arguments at the Supreme Court to try and intimidate the justices and sway their decision making about birthright citizenship.

How fast would’ve conservatives heads exploded if Barack Obama had sat in the chamber during such arguments? Never mind that this case SHOULD result in a 9-0 against decision. I have a feeling Alito and Thomas will once more play the lap dogs they are. #USPolitics

@gedeonm it is not being called out by many that this is the first time ever a sitting President has. He also did not stay the entire time.
