@domo I’ve had phallo now but initially had meta. I do not remember if I had any initial loss in sensation after meta surgery. I do know I had full sensation after healing from meta and did not lose any sensation permanently after meta, so I did vote on that one.

Edit: for clarification and to say hope it’s okay I answered. Figured it was since I had meta and healed from it and lived with it for a year or so before changing to phallo. So knew how sensation was post meta.
