I tried using only 00 pastry flour in it, which I think is why the middle collapsed. The texture is really nice though, firm but satisfyingly puddingy.
It'll be best with some whipped cream, maybe with a little booze in the cream.

I recently moved countries so I had to buy all new spices. You'll taste this one through a stuffy nose for sure.
