@kaito02 @EUCommission come now, we can't have actual changes take root, that would be too upsetting to the economic order of things! Better to do the most performative things such as disabling lights for an hour once a year for 2 decades! Look how well it worked! Climate change got stopped right before it was too late! Utopia achieved and all the EU bureaucrats can keep their nice paychecks, oh joy oh joy.
