#13 - Here's a special thread about a mistake for each of my "main" games in the previous years.

I've had multiple issues in them, but let's pick one and learn some lessons from it!

(1/?)

(2/?)

Galactae: It was a web browser made game and because of that, one of my main issue was not planning any way to get revenues on it (fortunately, I learned a lot and it helped me have my first job!)

Also, when releasing the beta, there was no tutorial and it had a bad UX.

(3/?)

Extortion: My first Steam game.

One major issue was to release ... without writing the ending of the story. I thought I'd still have days/weeks before anyone played the 2 hours before the end (and that was wrong, people reached it day 1 😅).

(4/?)

Alchemistry: My second Steam game

I didn't playtest enough the game and worked (almost) only without the Steam version. That was a big mistake because I've missed a bug where I was saving to Steam Cloud 60 times per second

(5/?)

Manufactur'inc: 3rd Steam game but unreleased.

Demo has been hectic. Working on a multiplayer game and not load testing enough with big factories caused lots of issues, especially performance-wise (e.g: initial loading time could reach multiple hours 😬)
