Long Shot: Does anyone in New England want to sell a reasonably (not eBay) priced #SGI workstation or #Amiga ?

I’ve wanted one for years for nostalgia + experimentation. Should’ve picked one up back when they were affordable, but life was too busy.

I’m a user/collector — not a reseller — if that makes a difference :)

@treefifty Pretty difficult for SGI, I can't even find decent prices and parts for my Indigo 2, ie the Extreme Graphics card :(

@scalonnec Oh no, that’s so sad! Did they use a proprietary interface for their graphics cards and other boards? I hope someone out there has a spare they can part with so you have a complete machine.

@treefifty Yes, very specific to a SGI model, and I use an "older" revision not compatible with latest Indigo2 models 😁 and any plastic part on Ebay costs as if it was DDR4/5 😁
