Do not punish people for things they don't even know they did. If people know there's a problem, they can do something to fix it. jumping straight into dick mode is not the way to do it. And then people have the nerve to wonder why they end up with results they don't like when they pull crap on the wrong person. Yet another reason Mastodon being set up the way it is, with individuals running individual instances is an extremely bad idea. You sure as hell didn't see this going on on twitter.

@evilcookies98 And yet the account doesn't exist now? Like I said, this is one of many reasons Mastodon being set up in separate instances is not a good thing. and the reasons are growing in number. Let's see. For months on end, Trolly McTrollerson was able to simply flit from instance to instance with impunity, and now we've got abuse of power at the admin level. I can't really say it surprises me though. after all, the same sort of thing was going on for the majority of 2023.
