Who lies?
I organize the information on my resume to target the position I want in a way that is most advantageous to _me_.
That's not lying.
That's synergizing my historical strengths with the target organizations current expectations. Assholes.

Performance: ability to make your manager laugh, avoid work for your team, not draw attention from HR
Goals: pretending you plan to do anything besides performing
AI Proficiency: frequency with which you mention, in meetings, using Microslop CopePilot

@401matthall @maxleibman anything else youâre told by a corporation is a bald faced lie unless you have considerable stake yourself, or your bonus is tied to performance.
These characterizations can also apply to startups when investor money is involved and the business owners donât cut you in.
No stake = no fucks
To believe otherwise is to get clowned on by unscrupulous workers not carrying their share.
âLeadershipâ != Ownership either. Sniff them out.

I always do targeted resumes. They're _exhausting_ to build but I _think_ they deliver more value.
