@moin @th Metabolically, that's true, but we factor in the cost of creating and maintaining the bike and we _don't_ factor in the cost of creating and maintaining the human in these circumstances, because that way lies horrors.

Also, it's not actually a technical guide, it's a metaphor about incredibly bad decisions, and you should really just relax.
