Right now, any country that wants to boost their talent pool in any sector just needs to make their VISA process easy, maybe entice with a $5,000 moving allowance, and they'll get flooded with talent from the U.S. Because everyone you see not wearing a red hat has thought about leaving, many have.

Everyone's situation is different. And I know some countries like Portugal are being flooded with U.S. "expats." Locals are not amused.
