That this is coming from a #Labour #Government, employing similar #rhetoric to the previous #Tory one is, to say the least, somewhat disappointing - but not at all surprising, @ChrisMayLA6.

@rmblaber1956 @ChrisMayLA6 They really need some actual disabled people involved in government policy. At least then they might get to understand that disabled people would queue up to work if they were enabled to actually do so
@etchedpixels @ChrisMayLA6 There have been attempts to "involve" #disabled people in policy-making in the UK. I was a member of a group of #autistic people who were consulted by civil servants from the #DWP at the National Autistic Society in London over changes to the #benefit system. We might as well have been talking to a brick wall!
