And the French should tax that energy company on its $1 billion windfall (I think it's a French company). Let's say a $1 billion one-off tax.

We can make "greed" work for us, when companies start carrying the costs of their destructive choices. Companies do these things because governments allow (even incent) them.

A #windfallTax on a #windEnergy company, forcing it to disgorge its ill-gotten gains would be poetic justice, #France
