Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, has thanked the Afghan government for assisting in the transfer of Iranian citizens stranded in other countries.
In an interview with an Iranian media outlet, Araghchi expressed his gratitude after a number of Iranian nationals who had been stranded in the United Arab Emirates were transferred to Herat about a week ago and then crossed into Iran by land.
