Had my first man follow me for a few hundred meters, even waiting around whilst I used a public toilet. He never approached me to speak, but damn it was creepy. This is in the Kyoto Imperial Garden, and the man was probably early 30s, obviously American (it's such a bland style it makes Gap look interesting) with a Massachusetts t shirt and slightly overweight. He eventually walked away when I stopped, turned, and just stared at him for a good few minutes. Oh well, being myself is still worth it.

Edit: I should note this is the first in two years on HRT. This is super super rare thankfully.

@dee Fucking hell. o_o How do people like that not realize how creepy they're being?
@gc this is where I walked to... To make it really effing obvious I knew he wasn't just happening to go my direction.
@dee glad he gave up in the end, but ugh o_o;
@gc @dee I think it's on purpose.
@dee ooh I thought it was going to be your first gaijin hunter but this is both dull and creepy.
@nf3xn the annoying thing is just how dull and bland he was. If he was hot, well... But no.
@dee oog, I'm sorry you had to deal with that at all

@dee

Ew, what an absolute creep. Good on you for not tolerating that shit.

@dee last weekend i had my first experience of a man doing the whole looking me up and down thing. he didn't even try to be subtle about it. TBH I reckon he clocked me but i couldn't wait to get off that quiet street onto a busier one 🤢
@ciara it's just such creepy behaviour. I'm sorry you went through that
@dee i honestly wasn't expecting this so soon, i've only been presenting femme in public for a couple of months 🫂💜
@dee
First, 🫂 for the creep

My experience with toilets in Japan was better :')
When I was there (end of 2024), I didn’t think I looked fem in any way so I kept using the men’s toilets.
I had a few people looking at me weird in the airports when going there, but the funniest moments where in Haneda Airport when going back:
1/ when going to the toilet in the area before the security, a cleaning lady had a meltdown calling after me repeatedly that I was going the wrong way 😅 (I did go to the ladies’ later in the night and kept being afraid of it becoming an issue u_u thankfully, nothing happened)
2/ when going to one near the gate, as I was drying my hands, a man walks in, sees me, turns around. A few secs later, he’s back in front of the doorway, looking at me, at the sign indicating it’s the men’s, at me, at the sign, totally confused 😹
