Just two loaves, trying to keep it easy and quick today. The starter has been eager to go for a couple of days, so I finally jumped to action just after lunch.
The bread is out and I think I'll now collapse on the sofa and hope the cat doesn't get to them.
They're safe while they're still hot, but then the risk profile climbs. One of our cats is a sourdough enthusiast.
