🤯 Anyone else here unfortunate enough to suffer from migraine attacks? What are your coping tips and tricks?

Today's chaotic weather in Manchester has knocked me out for the day, a particularly violent one! My biggest migraine trigger is this kind of weather/pressue system.

Photo of a lovely abandoned chateau in France (my bedroom sadly isn't as cosy-looking as this one!). See you all tomorrow 💙

@Obsidian Urbex Photography  I am not personally affected, but two family members are... what significantly improved their situtation in the long run was the following: keeping a migraine diary to identify triggers, then reducing triggers whenever possible, avoiding stressors like lack of sleep, irregular meals (yes! Not convenient, but boy does that make a difference). And above all, taking a pain killer as soon as any migraine like pain is felt. They both went through this process under guidance of a neurologist, which I think makes total sense.

Do they also have the projectile, regular vomiting? My issue is it feels like a headache, by the time I realise it's a migraine the nausea begins and I'm throwing up violently in a few minutes 😭
