So, uh, I submit my resume using a PDF file, as i have seen how DOCX gets entirely mangled as it gets passed through the HR abstraction layers and tools.

LLMs and PDFs still seem to be... a problem.

I wonder if I should submit my resume in json format going forward?

@kajer I did this recently and exported it in a pdf and it ended up a mess in the application form and I had to edit it all again, I did not get the job needless to say.
