Made a macaroni tuna meal yesterday and I had a stale corner of bread I made earlier in the week which I grated and put on top of the dish then added sliced tomato and sliced pickled jalapeno then a layer of cheese before putting it in the over and can confirm that it was superb and I will make it that way again, maybe for all casserole type dishes, also got my cheese sauce on point with bay leaves and mustard, three cheeses, butter and milk and herbes de provence. #cookery

Monday morning and I am on a drive to get some money in to cover some bills all dropping this month. So far I have had some eggs, put on some washing and mopped the floor and just about ready to do the work that will bring some reddies #springcleaning
