Critical race theory for example speaks to the massive over incarceration of black people, specifically black men.
Trans rights are just human rights for a small subset of the population.
Cancel culture really just reflects the desire of white nationalists to promote their hateful agenda and promote terrorism.
So you'll have to excuse me for saying there is no "culture war."

Like 99% of republican policy is culture war stuff, and the last 1% is tax cuts for the rich. Ending offshore wind is culture war. This stuff kills people and our planet.
Hell, real wars are usually culture wars.

Steve Foerster š@Daojoan I honestly don't understand what's motivating you here. Your longform pieces are so well-reasoned and original, and I derive a great deal of value from reading them. But then on social media you come up with garbage takes like this. It's as if you're two different people.
Is the goal here to be "provocative", or something? I'm definitely not some far left omnicause type, but because of my respect for your writing elsewhere I was still genuinely irked by how dismissive this was of many people's legitimate concerns about their right to live as themselves in safety. Does that mean you won? Congrats, I guess?
